Remove the plastic wrapper, wet the suppository with a little water (for best results place the suppository under running tap water for 5-10 seconds) before use and insert it into the rectum. After application, the suppository begins to dissolve and acts immediately. Keep the suppository in the rectum as long as possible before defecation, while moving. If you suffer from hemorrhoids or other rectal irritations, it is recommended to lubricate the suppository with olive oil, sunflower oil or vaseline before insertion.
